今まで映像媒体で発表されたものはもちろん、未発表の情報も多数掲載されています。
正直なところ独創性が高いかと言われたらそうではありませんが、既存のアイデアのちょっとした応用に光が感じられる一冊です。
また、本書の最後にはMoritz Mullerをはじめとする現代コインマジックシーンで活躍するマジシャンたちのアイデアも収められています。このパートは本書の中でもかなり技巧的で難しいですが、チャレンジする価値は十分にあるでしょう。日本では知る機会のないアンダーグラウンドなマジシャンの名前もあり、その意味でも見逃せません。
間違いのない名著、とお勧めはできませんが、有益な情報は多数あります。それらを拾い上げ、磨き抜く気概のあるマジシャンにとっては金脈となり得る一冊でしょう。
