Trevor Lewisの作品をまとまた、小さめのレクチャーノートです。小さめとは言うものの、文字がかなり小さいので見た目以上にボリュームがあります。
本書のことを知るマニアはかなり少ないでしょう。我々も仕入れるまでまるで知りませんでした。さらに言うと「Trevor Lewisの手品あんまり知らんしとりあえず買ったろ」という軽い気持ちで取り寄せたのですが、これがなかなかええんちゃいますのんとなりまして、取り扱いを決断しました。
1981年に発行されたものなので今見るとすこし時代がかった感じは否めませんが、味のある作品が揃っています。当時の流行を知っているのであれば、それと比較してみるのも面白いでしょう。
白眉はモンテムーブ（Monte Plus Twist）で、現在広く知られているものよりもかなり説得力の高いユニークな手法が紹介されています。使う文脈をかなり選びますが効果が高まる良い手法ですので、ぜひ知っておいてください。
